    • Abstract:
The article reports on the accusation filed by attorney general Bill Lockyer of California against Patricia Dunn, former chairwoman of Hewlett-Packard Co., former HP legal counsel and private investigators for their roles in the boardroom leak scandal. Lockyer has filed this complaint in Santa Clara County Superior Court which secures that headline on the company's use of private telephone billing records to find a board who leaked information to journalists to continue to chase after the company. While Jim Brosnahan of Morrison & Foester LLP is making sure of clearing the name of Dunn on the issue and has called his client the victim of a well-financed and highly organized disinformation campaign.
