      AimCorrelation of Cardiovascular efficiency with regular Physical activity in First Year MBBS Students. Methodcross-sectional study was conducted on 50 MBBS students in age group of 18–24 yrs of Rama medical college and research centre. Cardiovascular fitness was measured by performing Harvard step test. Data analysisThe samples were analysed using SPSS-22 programme through Pearsons correlation method. ConclusionAny kind of moderate physical exercise improves physical fitness.
