This article profiles U.S. novelist S. J. Rozan. Her fascination with Chinese culture resulted to the writing of a book series featuring Lydia Chin. The 11th book of the series, titled "Ghost Hero," will be released in September 2011. Her early works had been rejected by publishers. Rozan received a number of literary awards for her works, including an Edgar.
