The author discusses the need for Republicans at the Indiana Statehouse to resist temptations when dealing with polarizing issues that had divided the state such as gun licensing, women's health are and the debate over Sharia law. She mentions updating nondiscrimination law and avoid passing any law that would risk the LGBT community, as well as making it easier to secure and carry firearms fiven the growing murder rates associated with firearms.
