John Esposito's "Fire in the Grove" recounts the largest nightclub fire in U.S. history, at Boston's Coconut Grove which killed 492 people in 1942. Dean Koont'z "Forever Old," a sequel to his 2003 thriller "Odd Thomas" is released.
